ROOMIE LOOK AT THIS

My Roomie I give this to you as a gift
in hopes that you forgive me and remove this rift
that I have created between two of us.
I am a bad friend! I made a big fuss!
I am sorry my friend. You mean to me so much.
Please forgive me and I'll hug you and such.
If you do not, it will sadden me.
I will go run right up a tree.
Then I shall live with the monkies and squirrels
and cry out my eyes 'til I can't see the world.
I am begging of you your forgiveness right now.
There are many lines and creases on my brow.
I wish to speak to you and say how I'm sad
that I have said something so dumb and made you mad.
So this little poem I hope will heal us
and make us friends again. It will! Why it must!
